DH Pace Company, Inc., in Tempe, Arizona, is seeking to hire aAccount Coordinatorin our Integrated Security Solutions-National Accounts Department who will effectively coordinate sub-contractors throughout the US. If you have strong administrative and customer service skills, please apply!


Job Responsibilities:


  • Assist with sub-contractor/job scheduling and provide assistance with technical troubleshooting/problem solving

  • Continually ensure sub-contractors remain on track to complete projects and/or service orders within the requests and requirements of the customer and/or general contractor

  • Order parts and facilitate accurate deliveries to sub-contractors and/or customer location

  • Working with service quotes

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree and at least 1 year of administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. We are willing to train!

  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical and mathematical aptitude

  • Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner.
