A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

The Account Coordinator is responsible for daily client activities and project management. This includes: opening new projects, preparing estimates, assigning work to creative team, trafficking job progress through agency process, billing and client communication. The role will also monitor and report job status daily and prepare weekly status reports for teams.

A successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Professional demeanor

  • Strong time and project management skills

  • Highly motivated, self-starter

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and tight deadlines

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:
  • 2 or more years experience in advertising or project management

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Position may require working outside of normal operating hours

  • Position not eligible for VISA Sponsorship

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Agency Experience
