Description:Position is responsible for managing client accounts from sales to service/support with a focus on client retention and growth. Work cooperatively with all Mobility Leaders, Sales Team, Logistics and Administration teams for Mobility Leasing Services (MLS) account portfolio. Contributes to team participation to fulfill the strategic goals of the department and improve the client experience.


Key Responsibilities:


(70%) Client Retention & Portfolio Growth


  • Develop strong relationships through best practice contract and opportunity management through CRM system(s)

  • Identify client fleet size and strategically develop a plan to fulfill entire fleet

  • Analyze Client for full understanding of their business model and their overall health

  • Deliver high quality client experiences throughout portfolio cycle

  • Proactively recommend ancillary products needed by assigned MLS accounts to increase client satisfaction and improve profitability (up-sell, cross-sell, add-ons)

  • Completion of lease proposals, sales quotes and bid solicitations utilizing appropriate sales tools

  • Maintain the renewal of client portfolios. Continued client penetration, increase fleet growth and manage all aspects of sales process from quote to commitment

  • Proactively promote, manage and process client vehicle orders and oversee replacement policies to ensure growth of fleet

  • Partner and collaborate with cross-departmental team members, in client resolution initiatives, delivering an enhanced client experience

  • Perform as subject matter expert for our client related to sales and industry specific resources

  • Possess strong knowledge of all Fleet Services including maintenance, fuel, telematics, with ability to share consultative information with clients

  • Work in partnership with MLS Team as an experienced Fleet Management resource to identify, research, develop and execute process improvements

  • Plan, coordinate and conduct face to face client visitations regularly

(10%) Logistics


  • Work with the Logistics team on updates through fulfillment process and communicate with Client as necessary. Assist when needed (seasonality)

(10%) Administration


  • Work with Administration on ensuring Billing is current & timely, A/R is current and with any assistance Administration needs

(10%) Additional projects as assigned


  • Provide support to MLS leadership to meet strategic goals of the department

Experience:


  • Fleet Management Account Management experience

  • 5+ years in environment requiring strong communication and client service skills

  • Proven experience in managing to deadlines and providing feedback to team on trends and client challenges

Skills:


  • Exceptional use and management of CRM (Salesforce)

  • Leverage sales techniques to build relationships for optimum retention and account growth

  • Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite skills and ability to learn and utilize company software

  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail with an ability to focus on accuracy while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

  • Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, project management and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent client service approach to problem solving

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while accomplishing departmental and corporate goals

  • High energy with a positive attitude, strong work ethic as well as a pleasant and professional demeanor

  • Ability and willingness to travel nationwide as needed

  • Availability (as needed) for clients after hours

  • Tremendous focus on detail yet also possess the ability to see business issues strategically and in the context of the overall business and industry

  • Strong analytic skills along with the ability to identify problems, determine solutions

Education:


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience and/or a minimum of 3 years Account Management experience
