Job Requirements:

  • Assist Accounts Receivable team in recording transactions and reconciling accounts receivable payments

  • Reconciling clients third party delivery accounts

  • Research and resolve discrepancies, including effective communication with clients

  • Process monthly accounts receivable statements

  • Provide customer service duties for clients and their customers

  • Manage various administrative tasks for clients

  • Various research projects as assigned

  • Prepare reports to monitor and determine success of beBetter initiatives

Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Advanced proofing and editing skills

  • Must be detail oriented

  • Ability to develop proficiency with Intacct and other industry specific software


  • 1-3 years experience working with spreadsheets, financial statements, and other financial reports preferred

  • Experience working with databases, including imports and basic error correction is strongly preferred

  • Experience in a CPA firm, executive assistant in industry or experience in franchise accounting strongly preferred

Education Required:

  • High School
