The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Center Management team with various documentation, coordination, and customer service responsibilities.

Essential Duties
Preparation, coordination and management of lease agreements, center operating contracts, associated work permits, insurance requirements, and various management logs.
Answering/directing phone calls
Drafting and developing general correspondence to center team, vendors, and tenants.
Maintaining and managing calendars
Handling travel and meeting arrangements
Preparing and submitting various reports
Upload all Specialty Leasing agreements, collect Specialty Leasing monthly sales and generate Percentage Rent Invoices
Code all A/P and P-Card invoices
Essential Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 2007 including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Prior administrative experience support within large teams
Must be able to adhere to business hours with occasional support during non-traditional hours.
