DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire an Administrative Support Representative in Olathe, KS! This role will provide administrative support to the warehouse manager and team with tracking projects and reporting!


Job Responsibilities:


  • Provides administrative support to the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Team.

  • Manage and maintain reports.

  • Assist the Warehouse team with data reporting and analysis.

  • Supports the team with system administration, and various reporting assignments.

  • Attend meetings and scribe notes.

  • Administers the tracking of department projects.

  • Filing, drafting/editing of documents, other administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:


  • One (1) year of administrative experience in a fast-paced, detail oriented role.

  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
