The Community Engagement and Inclusion (CEI) Division has general analyst openings for one entry-level analyst and one senior-level analyst. The successful candidates will be part of, and will help to build, the new support function of the CEI Division. The CEI Division is responsible for the following functions: Community Development; Community Engagement; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; and Stakeholder Engagement. Applicants for either general analyst position should possess a strong analytical skillset. In addition, candidates should have high initiative and leadership capabilities as well as a desire to continuously improve. This position will provide support for CEI Division initiatives and operations that include budgeting, data analysis, data reporting, presentations, and support of other key events and projects. The CEI Division offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects that engages multiple stakeholders throughout the Bank and System in addition to external community partners.

Key Activities:

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitive analyses, which may include identifying trends, monitoring data, preparing reports and/or visualizations, providing recommendations, and presenting findings.

  • Assist in managing the Division budget and provide regular budget updates and insights to Division management.

  • Lead the development and analysis of various System, Bank, and Division-level reports.

  • Research market/industry practices; collects and analyzes data or information; draws conclusions; and presents results.

  • Support the development of content, presentations, and programs, for both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Participate in executing key processes and functions and implementing program enhancements. For example, help to develop and evolve the project management of initiatives.

  • Collaborate with other analysts and team members within the Division and across the Bank.

  • Other projects as assigned including ad-hoc assignments.

  • Creative and innovative thinking to meet Bank and Division strategies.

  • Strong time management ability to prioritize to meet deadlines across various business areas.

  • Preferred technology skills for senior-level analyst role: experience with Tableau, Adaptive, and OfficeConnect.


  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience.

  • Senior-level analyst role typically requires 3-10 years of experience; entry-level analyst role does not require any previous analyst experience.

  • Proficient computer skills in programs including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Tableau, Adaptive, and OfficeConnect experience preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Incumbent must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless the Bank grants an accommodation based on a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief.

  • Other preferred skills: demonstrated personal initiative, executive communication and presentation skills, project management skills (e.g., organization, planning and execution), and strong customer service orientation.
