**Job Description:**



**Position Summary**



Application programming and support position dealing with contact center technologies, call routing and outbound list management. Must be familiar with regulatory frameworks such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act from a technology perspective. Candidate would use business practice knowledge and work with both Technology and Business teams in troubleshooting, consulting, and optimizing system performance. Must have strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a changing environment. Strong analytical skills are a requirement, both in understanding system performance, reviewing call results, and developing queries or reports.



**Required Skills**



o 2-7 years experience with Aspect Advanced List Management, Unified IP, UCC-Admin, Workforce Management, application support and maintenance

o 3-5 years experience with Aspect Advanced List Management list management and call center business practices

o 3-5 years experience with Aspect Unified IP application support and configuration

o Microsoft SQL server knowledge and exposure

o 3-5 years Microsoft Windows Server support and maintenance



**Desired Skills**



o Working knowledge of Aspect Workforce Management and integrations to UIP

o Microsoft Windows scripting technologies such as Powershell

o General scripting technologies such as Perl, PHP, ASP etc

o Knowledge of file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP, FTPS,)



**Enterprise role description**



Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. May provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. Will not have direct reports but may lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. May have responsibility for a project and project budget. May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants. Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.
