We are hiring an Assistant Vice President of Employee Experience to join our People and Culture Leadership Team. The Employee Experience (E/X) function within People & Culture, is a small team, led by the AVP, and focusing on three key areas: employee listening, employee recognition and culture building. You will report to the Vice President of Culture and work closely with your counterparts leading the DEI and Internal Communications teams. You will design feedback strategies and channels to capture the voices of our employees, and use the findings to inform decisions, programs and practices that impact talent attraction, engagement and retention.

In this role you will

  • Plan and lead efforts to capture and analyze employee feedback and insights; use data to inform Bank decision-making and prioritize employee experience, engagement and inclusion efforts; present findings and make recommendations to senior leaders
  • Apply design thinking and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance employee experience and ensure alignment with the Banks employee value proposition
  • Partner with colleagues across the bank to create, communicate and measure impact of specific programs and initiatives directly aligned with E/X strategies
  • Identify change management needs associated with E/X strategies and guide and support leaders to adopt new behaviors and practices
  • Establish key measures in the employee experience space and partner with data analytics to incorporate E/X metrics and insights into a comprehensive dashboard illustrating the relative health of our workforce
  • Develop an approach for measuring Bank culture to ensure Bank core values, and the behaviors associated with each value, support achievement of the Bank's vision and strategic priorities and align with talent norms and expectations

Your background

  • A track record of influencing others at all levels, both in writing and in person,
  • You understand how to translate data into recommendations and have used data to tell a compelling story
  • You are comfortable with proposing new ways of thinking
  • You have led change management projects and have used design thinking to solve challenges
  • You are a great listener who values and shows authenticity, builds trust quickly, and are willing to jump in and help wherever needed to support team success
  • You have at least 10 years of relevant experience
