This role is responsible for successful enablement and support of products for a large variety of customers and will work directly with those assigned customers.

  • Own implementation activities and work directly with customers to onboard new solutions, ensuring customers understand the product, training points and can successfully use the tools. Conduct consulting engagements including definition of customer requirements, understanding and implementation of their business policy.
  • Own migration activities to move customers to new solutions, ensuring customers can successfully use new solution.
  • Communication of activities: communicating status to customers and internal team members, updating tracking system with status, escalating issues and asking for help when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners in a professional manner to ensure successful completion of implementations and projects.

  • College degree preferred. Business degree a strong plus
  • Analytical capabilities, results oriented with proven ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Must be experienced with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Visio preferred)
  • Ability to train and transfer knowledge and skills
  • Strong verbal, presentation & written skills, with the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences.
  • Customer-facing experience required. 2-3 years work experience required.
