Job Summary

Are you passionate about learning new tools and data sets to help customers visualize their data? Or perhaps have IT operations experience helping keep key systems healthy? Join a group of mission-driven professionals on our Data Logging & Analytics team and help support the resiliency, security, and business outcomes of Federal Reserve and Treasury business applications. The three 'V's of Big Data (Volume, Velocity, and Variety) are part of our daily work. This role provides associate-level operational and technical support for data modeling and analysis within the logging platform.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with development of stakeholder data source requirements

  • Assist with data modeling to meet or exceed stakeholder and data governance requirements

  • Assist with creating, managing, and supporting knowledge objects (alerts, reports, dashboards)

  • Provide level 2 technical support

  • Monitor and report on platform and service metrics

  • Advise team and management of search performance, service risks and issues

  • Implement operational enhancements, as directed

  • Follow and contribute to operational support documentation

  • Advise team and management of data analytics performance and data governance risks

  • Ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded Qualifications
