Job Description:

Accounting team member with responsibilities across several different functions. This person will primarilybe involved inclient invoicing, but will assist with analysis and other G/Lrelated tasks. We are looking for someone withsolid accounting and technical skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate processing of customer invoices this position will participate in the billing process, creating timely and accurate invoices
  • Responding to project manager inquiries billing related stats, customer invoice/payment activity, etc.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations monthly/quarterly preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Maintenance of various areas of SAP
  • Generation of reports, details, and information from the accounting system as required, some standard and some ad hoc

Qualifications and Skills:
The position requires general knowledge of accounting systems, intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and other Office applications. It requires an understanding of data workflows, and ability obtain and summarize information for reporting and ad-hoc research requests.

  • Experience with A/P, A/R and G/L accounting and reporting 3 - 5 years or more preferred
  • Working knowledge of SAP accounting software is desireable
  • Strong Excel skills - ability to utilize advanced formulas and pivot tables
  • Motivated, self-starter who is proactive in their approach to required tasks, and looks for opportunities to take on more responsibility
  • Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed
