As a Business Analtyics Lead-Infrastructure & Architecture within PNC's Decision Engineering Group, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Birmingham, AL, Houston, TX or within the PNC Footprint.

Infrastructure/Architecture focus
Applies solution design and support while consistently meeting customer needs. Leverages technical knowledge and industry experience to design, build and maintain infrastructure technology solutions.
Good understanding in concept with hands-on experience in modern technologies, including but not limited to digital products, microservices, cloud computing, container-based architecture, high performance and resiliency systems, DevOps engineering, automation, TDD, BDD, CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous delivery)
Provide technical solution for the teams proofs-of-concept, prototypes and eventual end products or solutions.
Experience in emerging technologies and frameworks
Team up with PNC Bank stakeholders, third-party partners, fintechs, software vendors, and academia to design and build innovative prototypes and solutions that tackle real-time issues and advance the core of how we do business.
Regularly take abstract, early-stage product or solution concepts, and build them with technology.
Lead strong design thinking, and be an expert in using technology to advocate for the customer.
Facilitate software ideation and design sessions to rapidly identify solutions, align stakeholders and drive timely and achievable results.
Prior experience in fast-paced multi-disciplinary Agile development team with focus on helping the team to thrive in culture of delivery, trust, openness, respect, and reliability.

Qualifications:
-BA/BS in Business or a STEM related degree. Advanced degree is a plus.
-5 year of related technically related experience.
-Strong collaboration and presentation skills.
-Working knowledge of related technologies.

Job Description

  • Leads the analytics processes across multiple functions or business units leveraging an array of complex analytical tools to create data driven solutions. Serves as mentor to more junior employees.
  • Consults with clients and mentors consultants on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
  • Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
  • Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solution for operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.
  • Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.

Emerging Technologies Knowledge of and ability to design, apply and evaluate new information technologies for business environments in order to improve work productivity and accuracy.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
