**Job Description:**



BCAs are responsibleforworking closely with leaders responsible for change management in lines of business and key support functions. They will build a strong understanding of the portfolio of changes occurring in each area, and will strive to identify and share any risks and interdependencies between vertical projects occurring in those areas, with large horizontal projects occurring across the bank.



BCAs will also work with AI specialists to follow-up on leads produced by our AI routines that are designed to highlight potential risks and interdependencies.



BCAs will proactively engage with the LOBs and must have specific product subject matter expertise. Thisposition will be highly-visible, and requires a person who is very comfortable with fast-paced work, demanding timelines, and executive oversight. Must have good written skills, and be comfortable presenting to senior leaders when required.



**Key Responsibilities** :



+ Engage proactively with the LOB/Segmentleaders, particularly those responsible for leading their change portfolios, to understand the scope of vertical projects

+ Build a strong understanding of the scope of the horizontal SIM portfolio

+ Identify and communicate risks and opportunities arising in the vertical change portfolio that may impact enterprise-wide horizontal SIM programs

+ Investigate items arising from Artificial intelligence routines.

+ Provide qualitative feedback and reporting to change executives and to teams guiding and managing theSiMand Operational Excellence programs.



**What do these items mean?**



+ Deliver cross-vertical (horizontal) data collection & analysissupport

+ Provide process, governance and oversightsupport

+ Manage specific routines supporting vertical programs



Required Skills:



+ 3 + years experience withrelationship managementor engagement management experience

+ Previous experience or involvement in change management or project management / understanding of best practices

+ Understandingofoperational risks and their impacts

+ Subject matter expertise for assigned LOBs andFunctions

+ Strong oral and written communication andpresentationskills.

+ Ability to think on your feet, see the big picture and connect the dots.

+ PMP or six-sigma certification is a plus, but not a requirement.
