Business Control Sr. Risk Analyst

**Job Description:**

The Enterprise Scenario Planning and Execution (ESPE) group is a core BAC business process that resides within the Chief Administration Office. As a workstream within ESPE, the Business Controls and Enablement group manages and coordinates key processes and routines across the space. The team works closely with the Global Stress Testing and Global Resolution and Recovery Planning teams to ensure streamlining of process, adherence to regulations and policies and alignment with Risk routines.

As part of the ESPE Business Controls and Enablement workstream, the Sr. Risk Analyst will support the following team processes:

+ Coordinate the execution of Risk deliverables across the ESPE team (RCSA, PRC, KRIs, etc).

+ Facilitate efforts to remediate regulatory (MRAs, etc) and Enterprise Process Overview (EPO) requests.

+ Ensure traceability from regulations, through policies and into desktop procedures.

+ Support the Model Inventory and Document Collection processes within the CCAR submission cycle.

+ Identify records retention requirements and strive to implement.

+ Design and ongoing maintenance of the teams Sharepoint site.

**Required Skills:**

+ 3-5 years of work experience in banking, finance, or accounting

+ Bachelors degree (Finance , Accounting, Management Preferred)

+ Detail oriented with strong organizational and planning skills

+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills

+ Ability to effectively work under pressure and successfully manage multiple projects

+ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, written communication, and presentation skills

**Desired Skills:**

+ Prior stress testing, Risk Management, project, and/or product experience

Enterprise Role Overview:

Leads diverse administrative functions across a broad set of GWIM COO functions. May consult with senior management to define and lead projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products. Assists with execution of key strategic initiatives. Leads analyses to screen potential acquisition targets and manages business development process. Participates in business/strategic planning process across sub-lines of business including management of strategic reviews by senior leadership. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices.
