About the job

Within our US Service and Marine Division, you will play a key role in developing and promoting new business opportunities for Service Sales in the Energy Separation area.

In this role, you will be an active member of the Service Sales team and will contribute to the growth of the business. From a daily responsibility standpoint, you will:

  • Clearly define and adjust the service offering for the target Energy Separation industries, products and ways to market.
  • In coordination with Energy Separation Capital Sales and the central Business Unit, ensure service offering is available as early as possible in customers buying process of new units.
  • Work with the different stakeholders to secure readiness of the organization to execute the business development plan and provide superior customer experience.
  • Develop strong business relationships with key customers and channels.
  • Analyze the market and the competitors to create a market map and customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Create a business development plan based on the Sales company strategy and targets.
  • Coordinate and support the division to analyze and prioritize the business opportunities to get the business growth.
  • Maintain a focus on replacement opportunities in the existing installed base.
  • Develop new processes and high value by products.
  • Prioritize market presence and supports regional sales opportunities.
  • Create market activities in conjunction with the Demand Generation team..

What you know

You have excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills. You have high energy, a positive attitude and enjoy developing the customer relationship. You have 5 years prior experience in:

  • Business Development, Product Management or Sales
  • Using Business Acumen to develop growth incentives
  • Creating new ways to drive growth and organizational strategy

Service experience specifically in separation products and or relevant industries preferred.

A bachelors degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
