About the Opportunity

The Corporate Accounting Department has an opening for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Procurement and Financial Planning teams.

In this role, you will utilize your business intelligence and data analysis skills to research and analyze various business data to identify and interpret trends and patterns of datasets from internal and external

sources. As a collaborative team member, you will plan and execute solutions and provide consultation to clients, colleagues, and management. While using data to drive decisions, you will determine best practices and suggest how to improve current practices. This position will also design dashboards and data visualizations and manage the Tableau business intelligence software for various end-users.

What You Will Do:

  • Design and manage Tableau data visualization analytics platform to support end-user business intelligence requirements.

  • Perform complex analyses and modeling of financial and procurement/vendor-related data including projections, assumptions, and/or trend and variance analyses to provide actionable recommendations based on conclusions.

  • Use analytics and metrics to provide data-driven forecasts.

  • Provide complex data modeling, analysis, and validation of data utilizing established methodology and tools. Identify data trends and issues and develop recommendations and action plans to improve or achieve business results.

  • Contribute to and participate in data collection and solution discussions and may present outcomes in written and verbal format to management.

  • Develop and design the organization, structure, and definition of data to meet business requirements.

  • Perform data consistency testing, assists with database design and maintenance, and develop queries and statistical reports.

  • Participate in cross-functional team initiatives and special projects.


  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

  • 3 to 9+ years of relevant work experience

  • Minimum 2 years of Tableau experience

  • Workday reporting experience preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of the principles of data collection and analysis, and performance metrics review techniques.

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills; prudent judgment, and decision-making ability, and an innovative approach to problem solving.

  • Acute attention to detail with a high level of data integrity and accuracy.

  • Highly proficient in oral and written communication.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.

  • Proficient computer skills including Tableau, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint along with various other online applications as needed for the role.

  • Job title (Business Intelligence Analyst, Intermediate or Senior) and salary offered will be based on the job responsibilities and the individuals knowledge, skills, and experience as defined in the job qualifications/experience.

    • Business Intelligence Analyst, Intermediate hiring range: $75,000 to $93,700, annually

    • Business Intelligence Analyst, Senior hiring range: $92,400 to $115,500, annually
