**Job Description:**



Drive consumer products strategic initiatives under direction of head of strategy and integration in consumer products. Acts as an objective advisor to LOB heads across a broad set of COO functions. Drives execution of key strategic initiatives. Leads reporting and analytical efforts to deepen understanding of business economics, client attrition, client profitability, etc. Leads analyses to screen potential acquisition targets and manages business development process. Executes business/strategic planning process across sub-lines of business including management of strategic reviews by senior leadership. Leads the design, development, execution and continuous improvement of LOB reporting and dashboards. Partners closely with products executives to deliver an integrated product strategy focused on the client experience. Create an integrated sales and product strategy into the channels across the FC and Contact Center Strategy. Integrates across Sales and Market President network to ensure an integrated approach to products in the distribution channels



Primary responsibilities for this role include:



+ Defining and articulating Consumer Product strategy to key stakeholders (e.g., Leaders of the Consumer Bank, Head of Products)

+ Developing material and content for external presentations (e.g., consumer advocates, regulatory discussions)

+ Leading and executing special projects across various Consumer product businesses

+ Responding to executive leadership questions, facilitating decision-making around critical business issues and opportunities

+ Managing and improving existing routines to drive a client centric environment vs. product focused

+ Ensure product value propositions meets the needs of our clients and are competitive in the marketplace



**Required Skills:**



+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where projects often have a high degree of ambiguity

+ Demonstrable success in supporting large-scale projects involving functionally diverse stakeholders

+ Strong personal skills to build relationships across the Bank at all levels

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to succinctly convey information

+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving and research skills

+ Curiosity and a thirst for knowledge; Self-starter, and eager to move the business forward whether the work is "yours" or not

+ Ability to think both strategically and tactically and implement when needed

+ Foster teamwork to help prioritize across business lines and think strategically while seeking consensus and bias for action to deliver improvements

+ Ability to engage across business lines and with all levels of management

+ Ability to successfully drive/manage multiple programs and prioritize work to meet aggressive milestones

+ Demonstrated leadership skills in driving initiatives and effectively building consensus
