Business Support and Controls Manager

**Job Description:**

Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a large, complex department or business unit.

Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication.

May consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. Generally requires 3-5 years of experience.

**Executive Presentations & Design** : Working with the leadership team, and executive support teams to ensure that all branded presentations are created to a high standard. Liaising with senior management to create on-brand new business presentations


Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proven ability to work across various business units to raise and resolve issues effectively

- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, with drive towards continuous improvement

- ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

- Must be a self-starter with Excellent follow up, resolution and communication skills

- Demonstrates the ability to effectively partner with senior leaders and build rapport with associates
