**Job Description:**

The Sales Business Support Lead (BSL) is responsible for but not limited to line of business executive escalations, Financial Center escalations, pricing exception requests, suspected fraud reviews, and identifying and remediating procedure gaps. The BSL will resolve client escalations from a variety of sources. Be an advocate for client problem resolution. Track and report on source of escalations and provide feedback to manager. Escalation Loan Officer is responsible for contacting the client within four hours of receipt and documenting contact in Commit and Magellan. Promptly and accurately respond to all emails. Respond to loan guidance forms within two hours of receipt. Document all activity in both Commit Form 1 and any systems of record for the account. Engage the necessary business partners to aid in the research and resolution including fulfillment, underwriting, financial centers, and fraud partners. Follow policy when communicating with clients or leaving voicemails or email communication. Utilize tools to such as fraud resource tools to validate client information. Pricing exceptions review work with business partners to identify and remediate business system application gaps. Engage with business partners to identify procedure gaps, suggest and manage remediation process.

Leads diverse administrative functions usually for a large department or for a complete business unit. Functions may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. Administers bank programs and policies and may direct the development of the department's administrative policies and procedures. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department's or business unit's functional operations. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. May direct workflow activities.

**Required Skills:**

+ Possess critical thinking and problem resolution skills

+ Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills to handle difficult conversations and overcome objections

+ Business Acumen

+ Minimum 12 months as Retail Auto Loan Officer

+ Able to multi task

+ Able to work opening and closing shifts

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

**Desired Skills:**

+ Bank related automotive financing

+ Call Center Experience
