**Job Description:**



Bank of America has an excellent opportunity for a creative intelligent professional to join one of the larger, dynamic Technology divisions. **The Business Manager** will be part of a team responsible for developing strategy, gleaming analytical insights and communications for a large global complex organization. They will be responsible for leading the Global Markets & Banking Technology efforts to develop powerful impactful presentations focused on business strategy and financials.



Were looking for an individual who has a data driven mindset, is innovative, displays creativity and can collaborate with others to take a concept and data and turn it into a visual impactful presentation. They will support the achievement of business goals by working on complex activities within the unit and with partners. We are looking for individuals that are deadline driven, organized and technology driven.



The incumbent will work with the divisional CIO, their COO functions and each of the senior technology executives to design business presentations for executive management by synthesizing and simplifying business and financial information. They will attend meetings with stakeholders to build solutions to complex problems and create content material for a wide variety of audiences up to and including our most senior executives.



**Skills:**



+ Strong ability to communicate (written and verbal) with internal and external leaders, ability to translate business and technical requirements in concise coherent manner

+ Must have advanced skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint (desired Access and VBA coding experience)

+ At ease combining large amounts of data and producing insightful analysis

+ Excellent relationship, team building and facilitation skills with the ability to drive collaborations across diverse groups

+ Superior leadership, problem solving and organizational skills; strong attention to details

+ Ability to balance multiple and competing priorities in an extremely fast paced environment

+ Proven analytical, logical reasoning and problem solving skills; courage to challenge a status quo

+ Commercial awareness and understanding of business and technical environments

+ Exposure and experience with advanced analytical and statistical techniques is a plus

+ A data-driven approach to understanding, optimizing processes and willingness to help others



**Education:** Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred
