**Job Description:**



The Business Support Manager role will work on the Global Information Security (GIS) Workforce Strategy team. In this role, you will manage the strategy and certain relationships for partnerships with a variety of external organizations that support the pipeline of women in technology for the GIS organization.



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



+ Support the GIS Senior Leadership Team in their various Diversity & Inclusion commitments including but not limited to: Girls Who Code sponsorship, Women Who Code sponsorship and broader Women in Cyber initiatives

+ Develop and manage the strategic vision for GISs multiple non-profit partnerships and conduct strategic planning for future programming.

+ Manage the relationship with Girls Who Code (GWC), interfacing with GWC partners about strategic direction of the partnership and execution of programming.

+ Provide guidance, feedback and encouragement to Girls Who Code Summer Immersion Program teams in multiple locations throughout the planning and execution process including:

+ Program teams executing the Summer Immersion Programs

+ Teams focused on Bank of Americas employee facilitated clubs

+ Establish and ensure high standards for program delivery and execution across all aspects of GISs commitments.

+ Work closely across multiple stakeholders to problem solve, address challenges and remove obstacles.

+ Establish partnership budgets including sponsorship commitments and operating costs and ensure adherence to meeting budget targets.

+ Ensure connectivity to Technology & Operations internal womens advocacy group, WIT&O and the broader GT&O Diversity and Inclusion strategy



Required Skills:



+ Ability to bring multiple stakeholders together to assess current state and drive consensus/decisions about target state.

+ Ability to build strategy and execution plan from conception to delivery.

+ Excellent relationship and facilitation skills with the ability to proactively navigate complexities of gaining buy-in, driving collaboration and resolve conflicts at all levels

+ Strong communicator who instills confidence and is able to crisply define and communicate concepts and tailor messaging to audiences appropriately

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with ability to analyze data, distill key data points and effectively present complex information

+ Process oriented with keen attention to detail

+ Highly organized and motivated self-starter who can deliver results with minimal direction

+ Curiosity and a desire to learn and grow in your career



Desired Skills:



+ Project management experience

+ Experience dealing with non-profits and Diversity & Inclusion

+ Experience with both small and large scale events

+ Background in non-profit relationships and/or management

+ Prior experience in business management role with working knowledge of core business processes within Bank of America

+ Experience with SharePoint site maintenance
