Business Support Manager - Chief Data Office (CDO) - Band 5

**Job Description:**

This role supports the Chief Data Office (CDO) COO team within the Global Technology & Operations (GT&O) organization. CDO provides end-to-end data capabilities and governance, risk/ non-core finance, divestitures, enterprise change management and enterprise process oversight for select areas to reduce complexity and drive greater focus on our companys and GT&Os priorities such as:

+ Broker-Dealer Separation Project Management Office (PMO)

+ Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) Remediation

+ Data Platform Services

+ Data Science

+ Divestitures PMO

+ Enterprise Brexit PMO

+ Enterprise Data Architecture and Services

+ Enterprise Data Management Governance

+ Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR)

Our Priorities:

+ Transform enterprise data capabilities and governance

+ Deliver program management for enterprise efforts (CCAR, Divestitures, Broker-Dealer Separation)

+ Deliver enterprise change management

+ Provide enterprise process oversight for select areas

+ Deliver Operational Excellence through strong risk management

+ Focus on employees

The candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of business dashboards, portfolio, financial and workforce forecasting/planning while working with a focus on continuous improvement of the reporting process. Role is expected to deliver data analysis and trending critical to business decision making. In addition, responsibilities include working closely with technology business partners in analyzing results and providing consolidated commentary in executive level presentations. Throughout the tenure of the role, the teammate will gain exposure to the senior leadership team, develop and in some cases expand on business acumen in an enterprise support technology role as well as develop or improve the following skills: Business Partnering, Project Planning/forecasting, analytics and presentation skills.

**Required Skills:**

+ PowerPoint and excel skills - including formulas, graphs, modeling and data manipulation

+ Strong data analysis skill set to drive insights and inform recommendations, inclusive of data mining and reporting experience

+ Ability to develop concise and effective senior level presentations

+ Strong business partnership skills able to build broad-based business relationships across the organization using influencing skills while resolving conflict with minimal noise. Skillfully influences colleagues to promote and sell ideas.

+ Strong communication skills, both written and oral

+ Strong business acumen, specifically in supporting a technology organization

+ Work independently

**Desired Skills:**

+ Workforce management planning/forecasting

+ 3-5 years experience with finance, HR, and business management processes
