Business Support Manager- Communications Expert, Global Business Services

**Job Description:**

Candidate will be a member of the Global Business Services (GBS) within the Global Technology & Operations organization. The role is primarily focused on providing business as usual (BAU) and strategic internal communication support to the GBS leadership team and ongoing communication to employees based in Charlotte and India.


+ Manage internal communications needs for leaders based in Charlotte and support identified programs (Tech and Ops) that will need the person to coordinate with team mates across India and the US.

+ Develops leadership communication to elevate employee engagement and drive performance.

+ Plans, writes and edits content for intranet posts, talking points, email, blogs and other mediums, adhering to writing style guide.

+ Uses a variety of opportunities to leverage the Bank of America brand and key corporate messages, including digital display boards and other visuals.

+ Organizes and supports leadership town halls and other key meetings/events.

+ Develops and implements communication campaigns to support key business/strategic objectives.

+ Encourages good practices in internal communication through benchmarking and other research.

+ Works with key stakeholders across the group to ensure consistency and effectiveness of internal communications.

+ Coordinates with senior leaders, internal stakeholder groups and business unit to develop and ensure timely completion of an annual activity calendar.

+ Identifies and executes programs that revive employees connections with senior leadership.

+ Designs and creates communication collateral (PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, etc.).

+ General knowledge of operating video cameras/still cameras and photography.

+ Manages and supports business continuity management/crisis communications.

+ Oversees the work of agencies/vendors as needed.


**Education BA:** English, Communications /Marketing or Strategy or Branding / Mass Communication/Journalism from premium institutes will be preferred.

+ **Certifications If Any ** English **/** Mass Communication/Journalism

+ **Experience Range** 6+ Years

+ **Mandatory skills**

+ The person should be able to interact with different levels of employees; from Senior Management to regular employees.

+ Very strong verbal and written communication skills. To be able to write in good and clear English.

+ Very strong administrative skills

+ Highly service oriented

+ Good understanding of data collection and reporting

+ Able to multi task by project management prioritizing, scheduling and knowing which processes to run in the background.

+ Proficient in usage of software programs (Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word and design programs (such as Front Page/Photo Shop).

+ **Desired skills**

+ Preferably should have worked in an ISO or other similarly certified department, with an ability to document processes
