**Job Description:**

Candidate will be a member of the Global Technology & Operations - Location & Space Management Team. The role is primarily focused on providing workforce/space/location related business support and detailed execution of space management projects & transactions for a specific geographic market. The candidate may be assigned various duties including accountability for system of record accuracy (FMS) and routine reporting and analysis. The candidate will be expected to become a subject matter expert for all buildings within their market as well as to build strong relationships with area and front line business leaders. The position calls for an energetic employee with a readiness to execute at a high level with proactive planning and great attention to detail. Enthusiastically adjusting to changing demands and acting as a self-starter will also be important for success.

Required Skills:

- 3 or more years of combined experience in the areas of technology, business support, project management, real estate, workforce or reporting.

- Ability to work in team-oriented environment with strong aptitude for problem solving

- Strong communication skills: written, verbal, presentation and meeting facilitation

- Strict attention to detail and dedication to flawless work product

- Adept at balancing multiple and competing priorities; outstanding organizational and planning skills

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

- Bachelor degree and relevant experience

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partner across departments

- Ability to manage complex projects as either project manager or member of project team

Desired Skills

'- Knowledge/experience working with workforce management & real estate tools

- Experience working with data

- Knowledge and understanding of GT&O businesses

- Experience developing forecasts and analyses based on multiple inputs/outputs

- Knowledge of HR data/systems, control mechanisms and general process improvement concepts.

- Technical Aptitude and desire to use or learn new applications/systems

- Ability to identify, understand, design and implement new process flows in a complex environment
