**Job Description:**

**Role Overview:**

The Treasury Business Support Manager role is part of the Treasury Business Operations and Strategic Initiatives (TBOSI) team, specifically supporting the Head of TBOSI and the Treasurer with analytical, initiative and presentation activities, as well as ensuring the smooth running and coordination of Treasury management routines and external engagements.

The position works across the various functions within Treasury, and globally across all regions. It combines an understanding of corporate and business unit strategy; regulatory requirements; enterprise operating model design; data and technology strategies; and ongoing familiarity with our earnings, capital and liquidity status and initiative efforts.

**Duties & Responsibilities:**

+ Running routines around committee management (consolidation of decks, ensure prep is ready etc.)

+ Operational risk routine preparation

+ Gathering, consolidating, and standardizing decks and talking points

+ Providing business support to the TBOSI team regarding Transformation, specific product initiatives, and Treasurer presentation support

+ Supporting the Treasurer in BAU form on new and ongoing projects

+ Working with sub line of business representatives, and interacting with the CFO COO team

+ Building and maintaining relationships across Treasury and CFO

+ Identifying procedural inefficiencies for areas of improvement

+ Working closely with the Treasury Senior Leadership Team to deliver specific asks from the Treasurer

+ Supporting the Head of TBOSI on coordinating, monitoring and producing the strategy for Treasury across products, processes, people and technology

**Team Structure:**

The role reports directly to the head of TBOSI who runs a flat structure within the team.

Other responsibilities of team members include

+ Business and Enterprise Strategic Initiative design and delivery

+ Central Governance and oversight for Treasury in the areas of Risk ID, contract management, business continuity and electronic communication monitoring and market misconduct surveillance

+ Core drive of Treasurys people strategy, including organizational design and people management oversight

+ Mortgage Loan Delivery and Secondary Marketing, providing pooling and support services for the firm

+ Treasurers office, who capture the formation of the Treasury Vision, Priorities and Goals; design, own and broadcast all internal business communications and events; and perform logistical day to day needs of the group and Treasurer where needed.

**Required Skills:**

+ University degree (undergraduate or higher) with at least 3+ years of financial industry experience

+ Project management experience, leading global and cross-functional initiatives

+ Familiarity with Bank of America infrastructure (from Flagscape to specific LOB systems, depending on experience)

+ Outlook, and competent with Excel and PowerPoint

+ Diligent and organized

+ Ability to manage and shift priorities as needed

+ Strong networker, with the ability to work with a range of functions and learn 'who does what'

+ Communication style flexibility, tailoring for audience and seniority

**Desired Skills:**

+ Previous experience of Treasury

+ Previous experience of a 'COO' type function
