First Shift
Primary Purpose: Supervise the switchboard operators, oversee daily functions; paging, emergency calls, monitor equipment, pager exchanges and on-call schedules. Maintain pager inventory and staffing schedule. Update facility directories annually. Liaison with paging vendor. Additional duties as required.
Skills and Knowledge
Knowledge and Skills: Must possess excellent communication skills in order to manage staff and customers. Excellent administrative and Customer Service skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Education: Associate's Degree.
Years of Experience: 1 year supervisory and experience in call-center environment.
