Job Description:
Orrick’s market-leading global Capital Markets team seeks a Managing Associate with four to six years of experience who desires to join our dynamic and innovative legal team.  We have a strong pipeline of emerging technology company clients, relationships with leading investment banks, and we represent industry-leading companies such as Gap, Levi Strauss, Orbitz, and Williams-Sonoma.  In the last 10 years alone, we have advised issuers as they raised aggregate proceeds in excess of $85 billion.  We also advise investment banks, with key clients including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, J.P.
