A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE
The role will primarily work on initiatives related to the CTS workforce and its key stakeholders in the US, however it will also work on initiatives for other geographies as required.
Primary Accountabilities
The primary purpose of the Change & Community Coordinator is to plan and implement initiatives to support the successful implementation of a program that spans:

  • Major projects and programs within CTS where there is people-related change
  • Creating effective and engaging communications related to change projects and also the strategy, priorities and purpose of CTS and all of its competencies.
  • Ensuring our teams can listen to and learn from the voice of our internal and external customers.
  • Ensuring leaders across the technology organisation listen to and learn from the voice of our people.
  • The coordination of capability analysis and a range of subsequent learning initiatives from within and outside the organisation.
  • Enabling Technology to build and nurture thriving communities - across multiple teams, sites, geographies and both within CTS and in conjunction with our internal and external customers and partners.
  • You will implement and maintain a program that is led by the Change & Community Manager (US) and for those programs being led by the broader team. It's a small, lean team and so you'll have the opportunity to work across borders and get involved in a variety of activities including drafting communication plans, crafting communications (written and verbal), managing digital and in-person events, designing and building digital and offline collateral (intranets etc.), analysing workforce data, measuring and reporting on the performance of initiatives and project coordination.
  • You've got an eagle-eye for the detail and you know how to gather, process and draw insights from complex data. You're passionate about connecting people and you know how to do this with sensitivity. You've been responsible for designing and running a stream of inspired events. You always looking for new ways (digital and offline) to engage with a large, distributed, global workforce. It's in your DNA to continuously test, measure, learn, refine and repeat.
  • You're ready to navigate a large, multi-geography, highly matrixed organisation and you know when and how to ask for support in doing this effectively. You're able to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and enablers, including People/HR experts, corporate communications, business stakeholders, project and program managers and external partners.
  • The Change & Community function is a small globally distributed team, so you'll need to be resourceful, action-oriented and able to work autonomously. You're capable and comfortable working remotely with a diverse range of geographically distributed stakeholders.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Change Management
  • Analyses workforce data and draw trends and insights.
  • Support the Change & Community Manager/Project/Program Managers in producing a range of change management artefacts (case for change collateral, readiness assessments, communication plans, training plans etc.)
  • Produce progress/status updates at agreed frequency that feeds into broader project and program reporting.
  • Establish and maintain reporting in line with the agreed baseline and associated metrics.
  • Develop and produce training materials as required.
Communication
  • Develops engaging communications for use across a wide variety of channels - email, in-person and digital townhalls, intranets, social media, video etc.
  • Coordinates in-person and digital internal events (and with external parties as required).
  • Constantly on the look out for innovative communication practices and knows (or learns) how to implement them.
  • Ensure that all design and content is in line with Computershare corporate style guides.
  • Measures the effectiveness of communications.
Community
  • Executes a local program that connects Technology employees with team, internal customer, external customer, industry and professional practice at local and global levels.
  • Designs and manages meeting/collaboration places and events that enable leaders and employees to establish, build and grow thriving professional and social communities at all levels.
  • Develops and maintains an annual calendar of events.
  • Coordinates in-person and digital internal events (and with external parties as required).
  • Liaises with external bodies or organisations to support the execution of partnership arrangements
  • Administers and maintains external partnership opportunities.
  • Measures the effectiveness of communities.
K EY QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
  • 1-3 years in a role requiring similar capabilities
  • Experience working in a global, highly matrixed organisation
  • Internal communications or corporate communications/marketing Change management
Language Ability
Ability to read/comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information in one-on-one/small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Mathematical Ability
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
