**Job Description:**



Join a project management team focusing on industry and business initiatives. Requires a candidate who is comfortable supporting a front-to-back project within FICC, based in the Operation area. This role requires a highly experienced PM with excellent communication skills, strong analytical and technical skills, and the ability to tailor their style to suit different audiences (from trading desk heads to offshore developers).



Requirements:



+ High level knowledge of product lifecycle

+ 5 years experience of project governance (documentation/reporting, tollgates, identifying risks/watch items etc.)

+ Reporting skillset, with strong attention to detail is essential

+ Strong organization skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize, and meet deadlines

+ Demonstrated problem solving ability, strong follow up skills, and ability to escalate and gain resolution as needed

+ Experience managing front-to-back projects is desirable, with ability to tailor communication approach depending on audience. Confident facing senior stakeholders



Desired Skills:



+ Understanding of Agile project methodology desirable but not essential

+ The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguous or fluid requirements due to a new industry process
