The Account Manager ensures that the client maintains a high level of satisfaction with the Supply Chain services and products Inmar delivers. They are responsible for ensuring the successful ongoing relationship with assigned clients by interfacing between sales, operations and client relations to ensure delivery of commitments and proposed solutions, identifying client needs and working with Inmar resources to identify solutions to meet those needs.

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Maintain and grow Inmars business relationship with existing Clients as assigned for Supply Chain services and products. 20%
  • Interface with other Inmar departments to identify and troubleshoot Client problems. 20%
  • Perform research and analytical work for client inquiries, as needed. 25%
  • Coordinate between Sales, Finance, Operations and Client Relations (of all internal teams) to secure successful transition of new client change management processes. 10%
  • Work with Client Relations team to train clients on business intelligence tools and reporting. 5%
  • Develop and execute new service opportunities with the objective of maintaining total client satisfaction, maintaining documentation and measurements on key SLAs for each client. 20%
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • A Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university or related experience.
  • Ability to employ general client management techniques such as strong organizational skills, solid verbal and written communication skills as well as demonstrated successful time management with regard to multiple priorities.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to understand needs and to identify business opportunities
  • Ability to develop impactful presentations and present all material with confidence and poise
  • Ability to quickly obtain a working knowledge of Supply Chain products/services as well as a proven understanding of assigned customer base and the segments served.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional while effectively managing multiple simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced and high pressure environment while keeping focused on the needs of the client
