Client Account Manager

The Client Account Manager is responsible for driving solution strategy & execution of his/her assigned clients, in coordination with Sales, to meet revenue targets and client goals. Under the supervision of the Manager, Client Accounts, he/she will ensure that clients maintain a high level of satisfaction with the services and products that Inmar delivers. The Client Account Manager acts as a subject matter expert, supporting pre and post sale, as needed, to maximize revenue potential and connect clients with solutions that meet their needs and expand their partnership with Inmar.

Primary Accountabilities:

Operational (50%)

  • Plan and execute solution/service programs to meet client objectives

  • Monitor campaign performance to make informed & timely recommendations to enhance performance against client KPIs

  • Deliver post-event analysis with holistic recap and actionable insights & recommendations

  • Provide ongoing support and superior service to both clients & internal teams

Strategic (20%)

  • Understand each clients goals, challenges, marketing objectives & strategies

Influence (30%)

  • Establish and develop trusted relationships with assigned clients

  • Work in seamless coordination with Sales on client strategy, contract renewal and expansion opportunities

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or related field

  • 3-5 Years of related work experience (specific industry knowledge a plus)

  • Proficient with G-Suite

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Beginner with Salesforce.com

  • Competent with JIRA
