Description **Job Description:**

A Client Account Services (CAS) MLSN associate is responsible for providing high quality, first call resolution service via the Merrill Lynch Service Network (MLSN) from domestic branch offices, primarily about establishing and/or maintaining brokerage client's accounts. The scope of expertise runs the full spectrum of ML brokerage accounts but the associate will initially start with a subset of the product/process scope when first hired. The scope will be expanded as they gain additional expertise and experience. Representatives will be required to research information to assist internal clients as well as work on projects that will enhance the overall service model. They will also be responsible for approving specific new account and account maintenance documents for completeness, accuracy and being appropriate for the activity being documented. Once the associate gains sufficient experience, they may also be responsible for mentoring new employees as well as providing input for quality improvements. Call Center experience preferred.
