What You Will Do:

  • Manage a team of business aligned client business associates and other resources with responsibility for end-to- end client experience including business & application support, strategic planning, portfolio management and client engagement.

  • Motivate, attract and retain an effective, cohesive and creative Treasury Services Client Services Support team; and develop a highly motivated, well trained, diverse professional workforce prepared to address current and future challenges in support of the Treasury.

  • Develop trust-based relationships with clients and partners to fully understand their service needs, new technology, and infrastructure affordability. Uses diplomacy and relationships to advance solutions within the Systems and Treasurys consensus-driven cultures.

  • Work with business partners at the Federal Reserve Bank and Fiscal Service for delivery of technology and infrastructure to our Treasury client.

  • Work with Treasury Services leadership and other National IT executives to ensure strategic direction will meet emerging Federal Reserve System requirements, as well as appropriately address Treasury strategic objectives and statutory responsibilities.

  • Direct activities within Treasury Services Client Services in alignment with Treasury Services High Priority Objectives to ensure effective delivery of business value.

  • Effectively contribute to the Treasury Services Division execution of key National IT business management processes such as annual budgeting, development of high priority objectives, performance evaluation and reporting, major issues management, and governance engagement.

  • Demonstrate strong business acumen, influencing and negotiating skills to business solve problems.

  • Demonstrate strong technical acumen, represents clients and business partners in technology planning and technical problem resolution

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge:Possess and apply a high degree of subject matter expertise; continually strives to build on this knowledge to produce results that meet customer needs and FRIT goals and objectives.Advanced working knowledge of department/business lines, Reserve Banks, and / or System operations, policies, procedures and technologies.

  • Leadership: Demonstrate management-level expertise to effectively direct functions in in a rapidly growing business environment.Influence others to gain support for ideas or accept a desired course of action.Shapes the direction of others and motivates through inspiring commitment, trust, and respect.

  • Communications: Excellent organizational and communication skills, creativity, attention to detail (compliance), and negotiation skills to interpret results, develop communications and recommend improvements. Able to present information within all settings in a credible, confident and influential manner. Communicates in a concise, direct and purposeful way. Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to interact with anticipated audiences in a courteous, service-oriented manner.

  • Risk Management: Responsible for understanding and applying risk management discipline to ensure appropriate controls and risk management throughout area of responsibility.

  • Decision Making:Work independently on broad assignments or under general directions as to scope or objectives.Responsible for planning and performance with no guidance or assistance on professional aspects of work except under unusual circumstances. Schedules daily work and provides direction to assigned staff, trains and evaluates performance.Makes recommendations on hiring decisions and salary administrations and disciplinary actions.Develops operating plans and priorities that will be reviewed by officers and executed by direct reports.

  • Experience with Agile, Safe and cloud implementations preferable

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience and minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
