  • Dedicated, full time, Initiative Lead to drive the Strategy and Execution of the Transformation initiative Client Reporting Transformation(Reporting distributed to clients across GS/GD)The initiative lead will be responsible for all aspects of the program, including defining strategy: scoping the inventory and problems faced and designing solutions to remediate/optimize both the client reporting production mechanism but also the dissemination mechanism.


  • Define the strategy, elaborate the execution plan and provides leadership and directions to the teams
  • Ensures that program is delivered against set milestones by organizing the work across the different resources participating in this initiative.
  • Provides day-to-day leadership for all program activities, works with senior management to define requirements, establish program objectives, and define program success.
  • Set agenda for governance meetings and delivers information on status and health of the program. This includes, but is not limited to budget, timing, scope, issues, risks, and competing priorities.
  • Escalates program risks and issues appropriately for pro-active solving
  • Provides analysis of risks to program scope changes and/or definition of success.
  • Communicates efficiently and manages relationships with multiple stakeholders including (Sponsors, Executive / Senior Management, PMO, team members, business units, end users)
