**Job Description:**



The Market Support team is part of the Local Market Organization, formerly known as Enterprise Business and Community Engagement (EBCE). The primary focus of our team is to support and partner with the local market teams (LMO) to help deliver the Banks assets and drive business in the market. Our business partners include Business Support, Marketing, the Bank of America Charitable Foundation and Finance. Key priorities for our team are budget support, event support and marketing support.



**Job Description**



As part of the responsibilities of the role, the teammate will support the Market Executive and Community Relations Managers in the local market.



**Required Skills:**



+ 2+ years of Business Support, Administrative or Project Management experience

+ Must have strong communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to explain results at a level that resonates across many different audiences

+ Strong technical skills with ability to quickly gain proficiency in bank-specific technology

+ Understanding of Technology solutions and structures

+ Ability to keep multiple tasks going simultaneously and balance competing priorities

+ Ability to be a self-starter but also take direction from multiple partners

+ Highly organized and able to lead multiple priorities, proactively anticipate problems and execute solutions

+ Must be self-motivated and comfortable being effective in working with varying levels of guidance and timeline

+ Strong research and analytical capabilities, attention to details, planning, and management organizational skills, ability to make recommendations and provide guidance to effectively guide tasks

+ Highly proficient in MS office products

+ Ability to establish partnerships across the Enterprise and build effective work groups



_Some evenings/weekend hours required periodically; role must be worked out of 100 Federal Street in Boston_



**Desired Skills:**



+ College Degree preferred or 2 years experience in marketing support role

+ Previous experience in event planning
