Responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting all audio visual needs for the Solar enterprise.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Will be assigned a wide range of general administrative tasks to support team deliverables and projects
  • Candidate will process audio/visual incident and request tickets as appropriate
  • Set up and install equipment such as microphones, speakers, video screens, projectors, monitors, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing boards for events
  • Support On-Site and Off-Site meetings, presentations and special events
  • Responsible for maintaining multiple conference rooms throughout the Solar enterprise, which includes but limited to equipment inventory, service and support, and general upkeep of rooms.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Primary product owner of the conference room end to end lifecycle.
  • Setting up, installing, operating, testing, and troubleshooting audio and video equipment.
  • Confer with meeting or event director to establish cues and directions.
  • Monitor sound & video feeds to ensure quality.
  • Oversee audio visual implementation vendors and ensure punch lists are completed
  • Test and resolve equipment issues.
  • Diagnose and correct media system problems.
  • Mix sound inputs and feeds.
  • Contact vendor for equipment repairs as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule events for Audio/Visual
  • Clean audio and video equipment and store properly.
  • Ensure equipment the safe transfer and shipment of equipment.
  • Ensure the safe storage and integrity of data.
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and organize workspace and storage areas
  • Video editing using multiple NLE products
  • Edit, cut, produce and distribute video and audio files
  • Coordinate vendor on-site assessments and assist with implementation of optimal a/v solutions
  • Support end users with in office Audio Visual issues
  • Manage Audio Visual inventory of tools and equipment

  • Demonstrate excellence in Customer Satisfaction, strong customer service focus. Evidence of customer service certifications or coursework is a plus.
  • Experience with / understanding of technical concepts (software, hardware, network). Previous experience working in a technical environment a plus.
  • Strong organizational abilities, good attention to detail.
  • Communication Expert - must be articulate, and speak clearly on the phone. Bilingual communications skills are a plus.
