Description **Job Description:**

This is a business critical role that supports Specialty Services – specifically Credit Reporting and Military (SCRA) reporting. With several new initiatives, system of record conversions, and workflow migration to OneSource Data Mart, it is imperative that we add these associates to enable the work to continue in a timely fashion to ensure we do not miss a step in the support of the technology changes and to maintain Executive and Operational reporting used for adherence to business requirements and processes. This role requires the ability to own end to end report development from understanding the intake request, development of the report, and documentation needed to support Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities.

Required Skills:

5+ years SQL report development experience

Tableau, Oracle, SSIS

Experience with Enterprise Databases (The W)

Ability to translate high level business requirements into technical data requirements

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentations) and ability to solve complex problems and develop creative solutions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Desired Skills:

SCRUM/Agile project experience

FCRA (CRO) reporting

SCRA reporting

Ability to work with diverse team members in virtual environment

Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

DB Visualizer
