**Job Description:**

Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. May provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. Will not have direct reports but may lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. May have responsibility for a project and project budget. May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants. Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.


Demonstrable experience of minimum 12-15 years of work experience as Senior Oracle Developer with total experience in IT. Works closely with Information Technology staff, business, FLUs through the phases of design, coding and implementation of application and infrastructure changes/enhancements providing clarifications and guidance as necessary. Maintains effective ongoing communications with the business and IT community and operational management regarding system plans, projects, and economic sanctions policies.

**Required Skills:**

+ Experience as a lead in enterprise environment leading multiple teams onsite and off- shore.

+ Experience working across business and IT stakeholders delivering projects

+ Experience with Application Development Projects, Enterprise Global projects

+ Experience leading ETL implementation and understanding the flat file/Fixed file structures

+ Strong Hands on Oracle Database technical experience in building general SQL and PL/SQL, stored procedures, cursors, triggers etc

+ Experience in Oracle Performance tuning and end-to-end lifecycle experience with Enterprise wide data and optimize the execution timings

+ Strong UNIX Shell scripting and scheduling jobs using Autosys

+ Perform Data analysis, data mapping, data loading, and data validation using Oracle and Exadata database

+ Understand reusability, parameterization, Informatica workflow designs, and build Oracle reports

+ Support other developers; providing mentoring, technical assistance, troubleshooting and alternative development solutions

+ Perform overall solution design and creation of design specifications to implement changes

+ Perform Functional and technical impact analysis of potential changes to the clients environment

+ Experience with migration projects in AML and economic sanctions is a plus. Knowledge of AML/FinCEN/Acuity/WatchList screening process is huge plus

+ Good written and verbal communication skills

+ Prior experience working with Java and J2EE is desirable

+ Experience with Oracle Watchlist Solution, Fircosoft screening product is a BIG plus

**Desired Skills:**

+ Experiencing working with production support is desirable

+ Working experience in agile methodology is preferred

+ Project Planning Experience with Horizon JIRA experience is preferred

+ Independent learner and able to handle production releases in a shared environment
