Manage the effective processing of orders end-to-end for company-owned and franchise partners globally in partnership with the cross-functional team.

Provide support tools and reporting to the Buying group to effectively read and drive business results.



- Ensure purchase orders are effectively created and maintained for the division of responsibility, to include -

o Partnering with global operations to understand seasonal call dates for the assortment

o Partnering with MOS group to ensure accuracy of POs issued

o Partnership with international transportation on transit leadtimes, delayed handovers and ensuring purchase orders are reflective of accurate NDC dates

o Manage communication with international partners regarding approvals/cancelations as result of change of transit times, costs, and replenishments.

o Partner with production partners to account for missing POs, delayed handovers and effectively communicating resolution to the Buyer

o Running weekly PO tracking reports, identifying and resolving issues with the support of the Buyer, Production or Logistics team

o Checking purchase orders for accuracy before releasing orders to the factory

o Managing up any major purchase order discrepancies to Sr Director, Brand Management and Planning

- In collaboration with global product operations, ensure systems are accurate before market to ensure a seamless experience -

o Attributes are complete (Ticket, Lifespan, Product details)

o Quotes are open and available for unit entry

- Participate in seasonal market buy reviews (as necessary) to familiarize with key concepts, investments and seasonal strategy

- Assist in chase or cancelation requests during and after market week in collaboration with production, planning, brand management and the Buyer

- Assist in the preparation of seasonal strategy decks (as needed)


- Run Monday business reports, providing any additional relevant regional recaps

- Understand and review business reports with the support of the Buyer to understand and follow along with the business trajectory

- Assist in the preparation of seasonal hindsight

Key accountabilities in role are:

o Purchase order accuracy

o Accuracy of receipt reconciliation


- Bachelor's Degree required

- 1-3 years prior experience from a specialty or wholesale retailer

- Positive and passionate individual will be most successful in this and future roles

- Excellent analytical skills

- Demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy (coolness and composure under strain, confidence without arrogance)

- Forward Thinking/Innovative

- High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications

- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
