About this role

Under the supervision of a U.S. based Manager, with mentoring from peer Specialists and Coordinators, provide administrative and project support to assigned analysts to maintain the analysts' efficiency and effectiveness. The environment is fast-paced and blends the combination of collaborative interactions and independent work.

What you'll do:

  • Provide administrative and professional best practice services and support to increase analyst effectiveness
  • Proactively schedule calls and manage calendars for up to 15 analysts
  • Provide office support for analyst(s), including travel & expense management
  • Work independently to create reports, coordinate meetings, and support branded research documents
  • Assist with ad hoc project support, e.g. conference / event coordination and other special assignments
  • Partner with various departments to improve the timeliness and quality of published research and presentations

What you'll need:

  • Associate degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Understanding and usage of databases, analysis tools (standard reporting tools is a plus)
  • Experience in an extremely fast paced work environment would be an advantage - preferably in Research, Marketing, or account/client service
