Corporate Treasury - Business Initiative Execution Lead

**Job Description:**

Seeking a dynamic, End-to-End Execution Leader that will be accountable for delivering a key Technology Initiative Portfolio supporting our Treasury- Strategic Asset & Liability Management group. This initiative will improve/ automate the firms Collateral Management capabilities and Liquidity Asset Buffer (LABs) execution capabilities. Experience with Collateral Management in a large financial institution will be extremely helpful/ beneficial, as well as, automation of Repo/ Reverse Repo trading in a financial institution. Experience working with Treasury partners or Global Markets trading desk/ Operations/ financial partners will also be extremely beneficial. Familiarity with Treasury traded products and or processes will also be highly valuable. Notables include: Derivatives, Securities/Bods, Repos, Money Markets, General Ledger processes, etc.

Responsible for E2E Execution of Initiative Program w/ activities including:

+ Leads major projects, programs or processes with significant business impact involving cross-functional teams

+ Individual Project coverage spans a multi-million dollar portfolio.

+ Delivery accountabilities are E2E spanning all support groups. Provides comprehensive solutions to complex problems or needs

+ Role responsible for providing/ overseeing comprehensive solutions to complex problems or needs

+ Provide overall project direction consistent with the objectives and scope including People, Process, and Technology

+ Influences strategic direction and develops tactical plans

+ Works directly with H3/B3 leaders on delivery and communication of progress/ risks across portfolio

+ Possesses extensive functional knowledge of CT/ Global Funding space.

Additional accountabilities/ role requirements include:

+ Responsible for enterprise and/or line of business-wide, cross functional, high impact strategic initiatives by ensuring delivery of business outcomes from portfolio investments.

+ Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes.

+ Responsibility for large, cross division budgets.

+ May serve as primary contact to Executive management for critical change initiatives depending on scope and impact of business supporting.

+ Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources.

+ Assists in achieving broad goals supporting corporate business strategy. Responsible for results delivery, risk management and strategy development.

+ May or may not manage direct staff. Significant experience with managing large diverse programs and projects.

+ Typically 5+ plus years of program/ portfolio management experience.

**Required Skills and Experience:**

+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

+ 10+ years of project/portfolio management experience

+ 2+ years of direct management experience (non-matrixed)

+ Experience in financial markets/ strong financial product knowledge

+ Experience with PMO and Portfolio management and reporting

+ Experience with project and program status

+ Work experience with Agile methodology

+ Excellent communication skills

**Desired Skills and Experience:**

+ Masters Degree or equivalent experience

+ Detailed Bank of America professional experience in a financial markets environment

+ Background in: Treasury, Finance, Fixed Income, Balance sheet capital management, Corporate investments, Capital, liquidity global, Global funding, Inter-day funding or Quantitative finance

+ Experience with bofa enterprise change adherence

+ Multi-Generational/ strategic planning

This role can be filled as a Portfolio Manager or Project Manager based on skills and experience.
