Risk Analysis Manager - Credit Risk Reporting

**Job Description:**



This role will support the Credit Risk Information Delivery team, specifically reporting on credit card, home loans, consumer vehicle lending, and small business. Responsibilities include the development and production of credit risk reporting, including associated quality controls. Candidate will be responsible for development of reports using business intelligence tools, executing report production, maintaining quality controls, and evaluating results. Prefer experience with one or more consumer products, in addition to reporting experience using Tableau, SAS/SQL, or other business intelligence tools.



+ Support the Enterprise Credit Risk (ECR) Consumer team with reports used to manage credit risk. Collaborate with the ECR team to understand requirements, develop reporting, identify efficiencies, and execute production. Candidate will also support the goals and objectives of the Credit Risk Information Simplification (CRIS) project, focusing on report automation and simplification.

+ Drive collaboration with multiple lines of business, both within Global Risk and outside of Risk. Deliver quality, timely and sustainable credit risk reporting that meets the content needs of business partners. Reporting may include individual consumer product views, cross product views, or competitive benchmark reporting using industry data.

+ Ensure adherence to all reporting standards outlined by Enterprise Data Management (EDM) or internal governance reviews. Design robust, well documented procedures that ensure repeatability of processes. Ensure controls are in place across all processes to deliver reports that are fit for use.



**Required Skills and Experience:**



+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

+ 5+ years of Credit Risk or Credit Risk reporting experience

+ 3+ years of retail business strategy experience

+ 3+ years of Tableau Business Intelligence/ other Business Intelligence tools and analytics experience

+ Strong analytical skills

+ Ability to quickly assimilate complex information and provide analysis

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Ability to multi-task and partner with team members across different organizations

_Manages teams that are responsible for performing data management, complex analysis and modeling that maximizes profits and asset growth and minimizes credit and operating losses and other risk exposures. Their team would provide data / IM, analytical support on various product strategies to ensure company goals are met. Coordinates the production of databases, performance reports for senior mgt. Manages the review and analysis of trends in current population distributions and recommends strategies. Directs the development of more complex databases, program models to extract data and use databases to provide statistical and financial modeling. Oversees the data design, analysis of portfolio trends, concerning credit score cutoffs, loss trends, portfolio dynamics, and bureau scoring criteria. Integrates the analysis team with other corporate units to insure alignment of analysis with business strategies and objectives. Responsible for hiring and training Risk Analysis Specialist and Risk Analysis Analyst. Master's degree or large data experience preferred; Programming experience like SQL, SAS preferred; 7+ years experience._
