Capable of creating sales strategies and plan specific to Quality Engineering and Assurance (QEA) and incorporate into broader client strategy and plan





Relationship Management: executes and leads the QEA account plan and Invests time in strengthening respective client stakeholder by participating in reviews, educating the customer on relevant trends, thought leadership and bringing together the right SMEs and technology experts to build business proposals that solve specific customer pain points





Business Development: responds to and deliver on client requests; collaborates with the account leadership to respond to RFPs. Identifies opportunities, makes proactive proposals to client in line with account plan.





Assist the Cognizant teams with insights and thereby enable penetrating into newer portfolio and diversify sources of revenue within the client organization





Ability to bring together functional, automation, other nonfunctional quality engineering approaches and knowledge to create and propose solutions that strengthen quality engineering and improves automation





Be aligned as part of the Cognizant client account leadership team in the bigger picture with the overall Technology & Business Operations for the client





Identify short-term change initiatives (quick wins) in close cooperation with business and technology leadership, in order to help bolster long term partnership





Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:





Strong understanding of Quality Engineering Practices that encompasses both functional and nonfunctional testing approaches combined with Insurance/financial services domain knowledge





Understand what it takes to transforms a Testing Organization into a Quality Engineering organization





Ability to work in cross functional teams and expert groups within the Cognizant Quality Engineering organization to introduce appropriate tools and solutions





First hand understanding of how SDETs are disrupting the Quality engineering and how Cognizant can enable this transformation





Experience in unleashing the capabilities of Automation Frameworks, deployment and maintenance





Understands how BOTs can be leveraged for Test Automation, reporting and management of scripts





Strong management experience with excellent interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, change management, and risk management





Sell bodies of work in agile or scaled-agile framework and delivering business value on a continuous basis





Travel as needed to meet key leadership
