The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in the execution of Commercial Excellence activities by serving as the coordinator for Customer Engagement, Meetings & Events and Sales Enablement. Reporting to the Senior Director, Customer Engagement you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that internal processes are followed, deadlines are met and that the lines of communication are open and clear. This role requires a quick pace, forward thinker whos willing to jump in, and connect the dots.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Customer Engagement:


Accurate and compliant document control:


PRC: Manage marketing documentation for part number requests and internal approval process, working closely with the PRC team for timely submissions and approvals. In many cases, this individual will work closely with brand teams.


Ariba and eContracts: Manage Ariba and eContract process for Customer Excellence department


Alignment and execution of brand strategy and resources:


Act as the liaison between inside sales and the marketing and sales teams.


Coordinate tactics, programs and initiatives for Inside Sales team.


Meetings and Events:


Support internal meetings. Assist with logistics, planning and execution of internal Merz Aesthetics meetings (e.g. holiday events, launch events, etc.)


Sales Enablement


Support for the Sales Enablement Team, which includes; All Training Logistics and Organization, Pre and Post Field Training Communication, Ultherapy LMS Portal Management, Administration of Sales Readiness platform MindTickle.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelors degree

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Must possess proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented.
