Job Description

As a Homecare Account Manager on our Optum team you will be responsible for providing customer support and back-end order support.

  • Place orders that are received through inbound calls and e-mail
  • Responding to customer inquiries received in shared team e-mail box
  • Investigate and resolve orders that are pending correction or unable to be shipped
  • Maintain reporting on open orders, quality issues, inventory, etc.
  • Working daily on service tracks - researching order issues (quality, transit, defective product, inventory, etc.), resolve and replace orders

Job Qualifications
Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant Work Experience
  • At least 3 years related experience (customer service or health care).
  • This position will be largely responsible for researching and resolving order issues - candidates must have strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and ability to maintain reports
  • Strong computer skills - Excel is a MUST
