Schaeffler, a global automotive and industrial supplier, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Automotive Sales Operations Division in our Fort Mill, SC Office. This position is responsible for coordinating customer releases with consistent, timely and accurate information provided to our customers.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Customer Releases
  • Order Entry
  • Shutdown Notice
  • Premium Freight Authorization Outgoing
  • Returned Goods Memo
  • Deduction Record
  • Customer Requirement Forecast
  • Weekend On Call Support
  • Completion of PK101 and MT101
  • Phase Out Parts
  • Forecasting

Qualified candidates will have:
  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, high initiative, and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Prior manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be very well organized with the ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize appropriately
