What you will do: Process alarm signals by calling the customer and verifying the need for Police/Fire/Ambulance, answer a high volume of incoming calls from customers, technicians and vendors, submit service tickets, up-date customer accounts and identify customer's needs.

What you will need:



  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to navigate between multiple operating systems.

  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM



Candidates who have prior experience in customer service/alarm monitoring/call centerroles are encouraged to apply. Both entry level and experienced candidates will be considered for the position.Solid work history is desired.





Schedule





Currently hiring for Overnight shifts.
