Our Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries along with processing incoming residential and commercial credit request.

The Opportunity:

The successful Customer Care Specialist will possess the following and be responsible for:

  • Determine credit worthiness of new residential and commercial customers for RAC

  • Process daily/weekly reports using Excel spreadsheets

  • Answer customer inquiries regarding account balances, payment received, payment due dates, etc.

  • Provide support to other job functions within the Credit Department as needed

  • Communication skills required to assist on incoming calls from customers

  • Leadership and supervisory skills

Requirements: We require the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must also have the ability to perform the requirements of the job with or without accommodations.


  • Data entry experience
  • Experience providing quality customer service
  • Experience with Windows operating system and software
  • 3 year(s): Business experience, preferably in loan Credit and Customer Service


  • High School/GED or better


  • Data collection
