What do you get to do in this position?

Schneider Electric USA is a leading manufacturer of equipment for electrical distribution, industrial control, and automation. We have the following position available in Andover, Massachusetts:

Customer Solution Manager:

  • Serve as client facing representative for technical queries related to products and solutions.
  • Mentor and guide team of engineers that can resolve technical inquiries firsthand and have the capability of escalating the tickets to other Schneider Electric teams.
  • Define the processes and SLAs to ensure issues are resolved accurately and timely.
  • Train the team for handling issues related to Power SCADA and BMS.
  • Ensure technical inquiries are assigned to the right internal Schneider Electric departments.
  • Coordinate critical issues for support and engineering with status reporting.
  • Promote development of knowledgebase articles to improve quality of service for support engineers.
  • Responsible for technical scope and estimates for system enhancements. Implement proactive services per contract statement of work.
  • Telecommuting: 2 days per week.

This job might be for you if:

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related Engineering field and 8 years of work experience in building management systems for sales estimation, project engineering, SCADA applications support, and project solution management.

Also, must have work experience with:

(1) Performing Citect/SCADA support;

(2) Building Automation Systems design;

(3) Building Automation estimation;

(4) Project Management in building automation and SCADA solutions;

(5) Utilizing building management and SCADA application skills to both support, estimate, and manage application solutions for large data center clients;

(6) Leveraging application knowledge in SCADA solutions and building management systems to support the needs of clients.
